Just drop us a mail at admin@thamasalaparcel.com, and you will receive a revert within 24 working hours.
Return requests will only be entertained if the customer has accepted an untampered package.
INDIAN CUSTOMERS
RETURNS BY INDIAN CUSTOMERS
If you are unsatisfied with the product delivered, please mail us at admin@thamasalaparcel.com within 7 days from the date of receiving the parcel.
Tha Masala Parcel will arrange a reverse pick-up (may not be available in select pin codes).
You have two options for processing returns:

Store Credit – An amount equal to the product value will be added to your Tha Masala Parcel Account. This credit can be used during your next purchase at checkout. Store credit will be issued only after we receive and validate the return.

Bank Refund – The amount will be refunded minus ₹200/- (adjusted towards shipping & COD charges) per product. Please share your Name, Account Number, IFSC Code, Bank & Branch to initiate the refund.
If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, damaged/defective product), we will either replace the product or reimburse the full invoice value, as per your preference.
Refund process will only begin after receiving and validating the returned product.
If for any reason the reverse pick-up fails (courier issue or customer-related), it is the customer’s responsibility to contact Tha Masala Parcel for re-arrangement. Failure to do so may result in rejection of the return/exchange request.
Once approved, your refund or store credit will be processed within 10 days. If the return is not approved, the product will be sent back. All return issues will be closed within 20 days of receiving the return parcel.
Tha Masala Parcel is not liable for any damage during return shipping.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Tha Masala Parcel regarding return validation. Invalid returns will be sent back, and the customer may be blacklisted for future purchases.

Repeated COD refusals may lead to the removal of COD option without prior notice.

Customers returning more than 50% of products may be restricted to non-returnable purchases in the future.
Return items must be:

Unused, unopened, undamaged

In original packaging, including tags, polyester bags, hang tags

Items that are soiled, altered, or damaged will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
REFUND MODES

Cash on Delivery payments – Refunded via bank transfer

Card/Net Banking payments – Refunded to the original payment method
CANCELLATIONS BY INDIAN CUSTOMERS
To cancel your order, mail us at admin@thamasalaparcel.com within 24 hours of placing the order.

If the order is not dispatched, we will issue a full refund (for prepaid orders).

If already dispatched, we will refund the amount minus shipping charges.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Tha Masala Parcel regarding cancellations.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
RETURNS BY INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
In the unfortunate event that you need to return a product, please note the following:

Eligible items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Jewelry and select products are ineligible for returns (as specified on product pages).

Tha Masala Parcel must approve your return request via email.
After approval, you’ll need to ship the item to New Delhi, India. The exact return address will be shared over email.
The customer is solely responsible for safe transit of the return. Tha Masala Parcel will not be liable for any damage in transit.
Once we receive and verify the product:

You can choose between store credit or a refund to your original payment method.

A ₹1000/- restocking fee applies to all international returns.
If your item arrives damaged or is the wrong product, email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery to admin@thamasalaparcel.com. In such cases, you are eligible for a full refund.
We aim to process all international returns within 1 week of receipt.
All customs duties and return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
All returns are at the sole discretion of Tha Masala Parcel.
For exchanges, the same return process applies.
CANCELLATIONS BY INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order via admin@thamasalaparcel.com.

Orders cancelled within this period will be fully refunded.

No cancellations will be accepted after 24 hours.
CANCELLATION BY THA MASALA PARCEL
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion due to:

Product availability limitations

Errors in pricing or product information

Credit or fraud-related concerns

Additional verification needs
If we cancel your order after a charge has been made, the full amount will be reversed to your card/account.
