SHIPPING & EXCHANGE

WRONG PRODUCT DELIVERED

You just need to drop us a mail at admin@thamasalaparcel.com mentioning the reason for exchange and you will receive a revert within 48 working hours.
We will arrange a pick-up of the product delivered to you and get a replacement made. It will be dispatched as soon as it is ready.

  • For exchanges, the product should be unused/unopened, and the request should be raised within 3 days of delivery.

  • If a packet is exchanged once, it cannot be returned or exchanged a second time.

  • In case the request does not qualify for an exchange, our Standard Returns and Cancellation Policy is applicable.


WANT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT AND BUY A NEW PRODUCT ADJUSTING THE AMOUNT ALREADY PAID?

You just need to drop us a mail at admin@thamasalaparcel.com mentioning that you need a STORE CREDIT for the product delivered, and you will receive a revert within 24 working hours.
We will arrange a pick-up of the product delivered to you. Pick-up charges apply depending upon weight and location.

  • The product should be unused/unopened, and the request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

  • As soon as we receive the product back, we provide Store Credit – the amount equal to the product value is added to your Tha Masala Parcel Account.

  • You can use this credit amount when you reach the cart/payment page of the website during your next purchase.

  • Store Credit will be issued within 24 hours of receiving the product back.

This exchange policy is applicable only for domestic orders/orders delivered within India. For international orders, our Regular Returns and Cancellation Policy is applicable.


SHIPPING POLICY

INDIAN CUSTOMERS

We ship across India from our Delhi warehouse.

  • We ship via Delhivery, Bluedart, and FedEx.

  • Once your order is ready and dispatched, it is usually delivered within 3–7 days.

  • Bulk orders take 20–25 working days to dispatch.

  • Tracking information is shared via email once the order is shipped.


INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

We ship globally via FedEx, DHL, and Aramex. Tha Masala Parcel does not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

  • Cancellation requests are accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Bulk orders usually take 20–25 business days to dispatch.

  • There may be slight delays due to unavoidable circumstances. If the product is not dispatched within the estimated time, the customer is free to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

  • Tracking information is shared via email once the package is shipped.
