The food was fresh and tasty. Not very oily. Roti and Chawal were well cooked unlike many restaurants where these items are partially cooked. Chhole had a distinct Punjabi flavor. Daal Tadka had more daal in it and not paani paani (which has become a norm for many restaurants).
